Portola Garage

The garage had already been built out but was limited by the existing framing, heating, and plumbing. By consolidating, relocating, and otherwise concealing the infrastructure, we were able to carve out a full, one-bedroom apartment from what had been a compromised and ill-proportioned in-law space.
